The Start

I am about to embark on a new career.  Or more accurately, the same career that I've always had, but with the added benefit of working from home.  I am a graphic designer, and have been recruited by a previous employer (that made me redundant I should point out) now that things have picked up and their store of acorns have been replenished without paying our wages and with the bare minimum redundancy package.

When I scorn you may think I'm being unreasonable, and maybe I am; only time will tell.  I will happily rescind my scorning descriptor when the time is right.  Until then I stand by it.  'Why did you take the job then?', I imagine you thinking.  Well, it's working from home.  The most convenient, time saving, costing saving way to drag in some coins to put food on the table.  We all think our employers are terrible anyway.  Right?

Oh, and on to the meaning of this diary.  Seeing as I now have freedom on when I work, I wanted to keep a record of exactly what I am doing for the company should they try to make me redundant a second time.
